The 2020 Veteran Recruiting Conference is February 25-27, 2020 at the beautiful Hilton Garden Inn Fort Walton Beach (1297 Miracle Strip Parkway SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548).  Conference attendees who stay at the event hotel receive:

  • Free hot breakfast every morning (included in lodging rate)
  • Free in-room high speed internet access
  • Heated indoor pool
  • Heated outdoor pool with lazy river and outdoor hot tub
  • On-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Inside bar and outside Tiki bar
  • Outdoor fire pits

There are 2 conference room rates, both of which include a hot breakfast:

  • $138++/night for a room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the outdoor pool (limited availability – book early!)
  • $108++/night for a standard room

If rooms are available, you may reserve rooms arriving as early as Monday, February 24th and departing as late as Thursday February 27th using the group rate.

The hotel is a short drive/ Uber/ Lyft from the Destin/Fort Walton Beach airport (code VPS) and there are several military installations in the area (Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field) if you want to do base visits while you are in town.

The hotel is a short walk from many casual and fine dining options.  Plus, you can walk on the soft sandy beach and down to the pier each morning / evening and enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
