Thanks to our Visionary Sponsor, UPS, all of our conference sessions on Feb 25-27, 2025 will be taking place at UPS Headquarters, 55 Glenlake Parkway NE Atlanta, GA 30328.

NO SESSIONS will take place at the conference hotel. Hotel is for lodging only.

A complimentary dedicated Veteran Recruiting Conference shuttle will provide transportation between the hotel and UPS Headquarters. Visitor parking is extremely limited at UPS HQ.

The conference hotel (lodging only) is the Embassy Suites Atlanta Perimeter Center. VetRec25 guests receive a discounted rate of $169/night plus a 16% sales tax and a $5.00/ night hotel fee (required for all hotels in Georgia to charge as of July 1, 2024). Rate is available from Sunday Feb 23 – Sat Mar 1.

Closest airport is Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International (airport code ATL).

The conference hotel is approximately 30 miles from the airport, which is about a $40-55 Uber/Lyft/cab ride one way during non-rush hour.

Another transportation option is the MARTA rapid transit system, which runs directly from Hartsfield-Atlanta Airport to the Sandy Springs MARTA station on the RED line (~41 minute ride – $2.50 for each one way trip).

The Sandy Springs station is a 5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel will also send its shuttle to the MARTA station to pick you up from the “kiss and ride” waiting area at the station. Call the hotel front desk at (770) 394-5454 to request a shuttle pickup.
